Care of Chocolates

How Should I Take Care Of My Chocolates?

We would like you to experience our confections at their best. Please keep your chocolates in a cool, dry place to keep them fresh and delicious. Ideally, the temperature should be below 68 degrees Fahrenheit. When placing your order, please note that all of our gourmet chocolates are preservative free and should be enjoyed within three weeks.

Some of our products contain peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, and/or gluten; it varies by product, and we cannot guarantee that any are entirely free of trace amounts of these ingredients. All of our chocolates are manufactured in the same factory with the same equipment, which could pose the risk of cross-contamination.

Shipping & Delivery

What About Delivery & Returns?

At Chocolate Sage we are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Please photograph the exterior (including shipping label) and interior of the shipping carton as well as its contents or any other components of the package that have resulted in damage of the product. Please email the photos to info@chocolatesage.com upon receipt. Due to concerns for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns.

Chocolate Sage Classes

How Many People Can Participate in a Group Class?

Minimum participants 2 /  Maximum of  participants 6.

What are the Registration and Cancellation Policies for Classes

A 48-hour notice is required to have a gift certificate issued to use at a later date or rescheduled for another event. No Refunds will be given. No Shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations or rebooking requests MUST be done by emails to cocoasage@gmail.com.

Chocolate Sage reserves the right to cancel an event at any time due to class size, weather, sickness, etc. If we feel we need to cancel a chocolate class, every attempt will be made to notify those that have signed up. You will be given the option of rescheduling your chocolate activity or a refund will be made.
